Our practises:

  • Manual mobilisation,

  • soft tissue release,

  • kinesio-taping,

  • yoga/Pilates for rehab Pilates reforms,

  • gym ball,

  • theraband programs,

  • osteoporosis rehab,

  • weight reduction,

  • and pre and post natal programs.

Our ongoing preventive programs:

  • Ball –bands –balance program,

  • ergonomic advice and

  • general fitness conditioning.
