Our practises:

  • Cardio resistant training,

  • muscle toning and

  • endurance training,

  • ¬†yoga/ Pilates based mat routines with gym/toning balls,

  • theraband programs leading to Pilates reformer.

Our ongoing preventive programs:

  • A functional stepper workout,

  • upper and lower body resistant training,

  • deep core /abdominal workout,

  • glut boot camps for toning thighs,

  • supported by a nutrition plan.
