Our practises:

  • Manual mobilisation ,

  • soft tissue release ,

  • kinesio-taping,

  • yoga/ Pilates for rehab,

  • Pilates reformer,

  • gym balls and theraband programs.

Our ongoing preventive programs:

  • Weight reduction for knee cases;

  •  combine with core training and foot wear advice.
